Michaela Rabideau
Michaela Rabideau is an operatic soprano, originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. In 2021, she will earn her Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of South Dakota. Ms. Rabideau began her education at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, where she earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, Cum Laude in 2019. Her love of music and performing began at the age four, when her parents enrolled her in piano lessons. As this love for music flourished, Ms. Rabideau took lessons in violin and voice. She also participated in musicals and show choir in her early years.
Ms. Rabideau has performed in many operatic productions, including Bernstein’s MASS, La comte Ory, as Princess Lenore in the children’s opera, Many Moons, and most recently, as Giulia in The Gondoliers for University of South Dakota Opera. In addition to performing, Ms. Rabideau is a graduate teaching assistant at the University of South Dakota where she teaches voice lessons to undergraduate students.
